If you've got the latest version and you're still having problems, you can try reinstalling:
• First, uninstall
your current flash player.
• Then, follow this link to
download and install the latest version of the Adobe Flash player.

Make sure the Flash plugin is enabled properly (Internet Explorer Only)
In Internet Explorer:
• click the Internet Explorer Tools menu
• select Manage Add-ons
• select Enable or Disable Add-ons
• click on Shockwave Flash Object
• select Enable
• click OK
Turn off or update the Adblock extension (Firefox 3 only)
Due to a bug in Firefox (version 3 only), Adblock can prevent many flash-based programs from loading. This
is a known bug in the browser and it should be fixed soon. In the meantime, you should either uininstall the Adblock extension
or make sure you're running the the latest version of Adblock Plus.
To uninstall Adblock or Adblock Plus:
• click the Firefox Tools menu
• select Add-ons menu
• select Extensions menu
• find the Adblock or Adblock Plus extension and click either Disable or Uninstall
• You may need to restart your browser.
